Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has unveiled significant educational reforms aimed at transforming the state's learning landscape. During a recent meeting with youths and media representatives, Mbah announced the ongoing recruitment of 15,000 smart school teachers and skilled workers, a move designed to enhance the quality of education in the state.

As part of this initiative, 11,000 new teachers are currently undergoing training at the Centre for Experiential Learning and Innovation in Enugu. This training program is tailored to equip educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively implement a modern curriculum that includes subjects such as artificial intelligence, mechatronics, robotics, creativity, and innovation.

Governor Mbah also highlighted the establishment of 260 Smart Green Schools across Enugu State, which are set to redefine the educational experience for students. The curriculum will integrate cutting-edge educational practices, preparing students to compete on a global scale.
