IMAP SUG Organizes Candlelight Procession for Late Bro. Achinya Terhile Timothy

The Students' Union Government (SUG) of Isa Mustapha Agwai 1 Polytechnic, Lafia, has announced a candlelight procession to honor the memory of their late colleague, Bro. Achinya Terhile Timothy. The event is scheduled for Thursday, September 26, 2024, starting at 6:00 PM.

SUG President, Comrade Jacob John Mutuwa, extended a heartfelt invitation to all students of the institution to join in this tribute. “Timothy's passing has left an indelible mark on our hearts, and this moment provides us an opportunity to collectively reflect on the impact he had on our lives,” Mutuwa stated.

The candlelight procession will commence from the Engineering Complex and proceed to the school gate, symbolizing the warmth and love that Timothy embodied during his time at the institution. Participants are encouraged to bring candles and dress in black as a sign of respect and solidarity.

“This will be a gentle and comforting space for us to pay our respects, pray for his shortcomings, and honor Timothy's legacy,” the SUG President emphasized.
