Kogi State Polytechnic has officially announced that registration for the 2024/2025 academic session will commence on September 17, 2024, and run until October 18, 2024. For students who miss this deadline, late registration will be available from October 20, 2024, subject to a ₦20,000 late fee. 

It is crucial to note that admission will become invalid after the late registration deadline of November 9, 2024. Additionally, hostel accommodation is mandatory for first-year National Diploma (ND1) and Higher National Diploma (HND1) students, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are advised to visit the portal at [portal.kogistatepolytechnic.edu.ng](http://portal.kogistatepolytechnic.edu.ng) to make payments for tuition fees and hostel accommodation only after successful screening.

The management of Kogi State Polytechnic emphasizes that students should not pay their school fees until they have been screened and have obtained their screening certificate from their respective school or department. Importantly, there will be no refunds of fees after payment. It is also important to mention that provisional admission will be rendered null and void if screening and registration are not completed within the specified registration period.
