In a recent announcement, LASU revealed that it has obtained approval from the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) for the production and sale of LASU Table Water. The approval, with registration number A1-105343, marks the final regulatory hurdle for LASU's entry into the bottled water market.

The approval from NAFDAC comes after a thorough on-site inspection of LASU's water plant earlier in the year.
