The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has announced the commencement of admission into its Postgraduate Certificate Programme in Neonatal Ventilation for the 2026 academic session.
The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has announced the commencement of admission into its Postgraduate Certificate Programme in Neonatal Ventilation for the 2026 academic session.
The programme is offered through the Centre for Advanced Neonatal Studies, Neonatal Ventilation Academy, and is aimed at equipping medical doctors with specialized skills in neonatal mechanical ventilation.
Eligibility:
- Open to qualified Medical Doctors holding a recognized basic medical degree such as MBBS, MBChB, MD, or equivalent.
Programme Duration:
- Three (3) months, part-time.
- Successful candidates will receive a LASUTH Postgraduate Certificate in Neonatal Ventilation upon passing the exit assessment.

Application Procedure:
- Obtain application forms from the Workforce, Planning and Recruitment Unit, MRC Building, LASUTH.
- Submit completed forms with:
- Photocopies of academic credentials
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Two recent passport photographs with white background

Admission Process:
- Candidates will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) at LASUTH.

- Presentation of original certificates
- Medical screening, including issuance of a certificate of medical fitness
