LCHST Gusau Management Holds Strategic Retreat to Drive Institutional Growth

A Strategy and Retreat Meeting was successfully held today at the College, presided over by the Ag. Executive Director, Ibrahim Lala, the meeting brought together key management staff to deliberate on institutional growth, strategic planning, and improved service delivery within the College. 

The retreat provided an opportunity to review ongoing programs, assess performance, identify challenges, and outline actionable steps toward achieving the College’s short- and long-term goals.

In his remarks, the Ag. Executive Director emphasized the importance of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and commitment to excellence in strengthening the institution. He encouraged participants to contribute meaningfully and align efforts with the College’s vision and mandate.

The meeting concluded with clear resolutions and strategic action points aimed at enhancing academic standards, administrative efficiency, and overall institutional development.

The College remains committed to continuous improvement and delivering quality education and services to its students and the wider community.
