Kamo Sende, a brilliant Nigerian scholar, has earned a master’s degree in International Commercial Law with distinction from Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom. Sende was recognized as the best-graduating student of his set.

Kamo is now poised to embark on the next chapter of his educational career as a Doctoral Researcher at Robert Gordon University Law School in Aberdeen.

Sharing his accomplishment on LinkedIn, Sende expressed that earning the LLM has provided him with specialized knowledge at the intersection of climate change, business, law, food security, and global cooperation. He stated, “I resumed as a Doctoral Researcher at Robert Gordon University Law School, Aberdeen, researching the intersection of international trade law, sustainability, and food under the habile supervision of Prof. Paul Arnell, Dr. Uche Iloka, and Rebecca Cox.”

In addition to being the best-graduating student, Sende also won class prizes in International Climate Change Law and International Corporate Governance Law.

Prior to his master’s degree, Kamo earned his bachelor’s degree in Law from Benue State University in Nigeria. Following his undergraduate studies, he furthered his legal education at the Nigerian Law School and was subsequently called to the bar as a barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
