NSUK Bids Farewell to Outgoing Polish Ambassador, H.E. Ambassador Joanna Tarnawska
Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) has organised a farewell dinner in honour of the outgoing Polish Ambassador to Nigeria, Her Excellency Ambassador Joanna Tarnawska.

The event, which took place on July 12, 2024, at the old Senate Chamber of the University, was attended by the Vice-Chancellor Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, the Director of Linkages and International Cooperation Dr. K'tso Nghargbu, and other principal officers of the University.
The Vice-Chancellor applauded the Ambassador's efforts in nurturing the relationship between NSUK and Polish institutions, which has resulted in academic and job opportunities for staff and students. The Ambassador described Nigerians as hospitable and resilient and thanked the University for making her stay in Nigeria memorable.

The highlight of the event was the presentation of traditional Nigerian wears and jewellery to the outgoing Ambassador. The University appreciated her efforts in promoting academic excellence and expressed their gratitude for the opportunities granted to their students to study in Polish Universities through the Erasmus+ program.
The farewell event marked the end of Ambassador Tarnawska's tenure in Nigeria and celebrated the warm and beneficial relationship between NSUK and the Embassy of Poland.
