OAUSTECH commences admission into her School of Management Sciences

The Registrar of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa, Mr. Ganiyu Oke Saliu, has assured that candidates can now apply for courses in the institution's School of Management Sciences in the on-going admission exercise, Myschoolnews report.

Saliu stated this yesterday, 23 November that the newly-approved programmes, Accounting, Business Management Entrepreneurship and Project Management, have been put on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board's (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) for candidates to apply with effect from 2022/2023 admission.

The Registrar charged the Deputy Director, Information, Protocol and Public Relations of the institution, Mr. Paul Adeagbo, that the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Temi Emmanuel Ologunorisa has given approval to commence aggressive campaign to attract candidates into the programmes, saying that everything is set for the take-off of the courses.In October 2022, the National Universities Commission (NUC) approved that OAUSTECH offer candidates admission in the Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Bachelor of Science in Project Management with effect from 2022/2023 academic session, following a resource verification for the programmes on 7 and 8 of September, 2022.

The NUC approval was contained in a letter to the the Vice-Chancellor of OAUSTECH, dated 6 October, 2022 and signed by the commission's Director of Academic Planning, Dr. N. B. Saliu on behalf of the Executive Secretary.
