UNIDEL Pro-Chancellor, Prof Nwanze Commends the Media Unit for Giving the University High Visibility

The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council of the University of Delta Agbor, Emeritus, Prof Emmanuel Nwanze has commended the Media and Protocol unit for giving the institution high visibility.

The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council of the University of Delta Agbor, Emeritus, Prof Emmanuel Nwanze has commended the Media and Protocol unit for giving the institution high visibility.

Prof. Nwanze gave the commendation during an exclusive interview with the UNIDEL Media Team at his Asaba residence.

The erudite professor noted that the activities of the institution have attracted both national and international communities because of the performance of the media.

"I am proud of the University Media Unit. Nobody tells your story until you do that. We have a formidable media that is telling the story of the young university."

Prof. Nwanze, while commending the management team for the successes recorded in the recent NUC accreditation of 69 programmes out of 73, noted that credit must be given to the Delta State Government which made the necessary support. He lauded the stamina and drive displayed by the academic staff during the accreditation exercise.

The Pro Chancellor posited that actualizing the philosophy of the institution will remain his focus and charged all staff, both academic and nonacademic to remain industrious and uphold the principles of integrity and honesty as the institution has zero tolerance for indolence and unethical behaviours.
