- Make online payments through REMITA, ensuring the name on the payment receipt matches the name on the applicant's certificate.
- Attach the following documents:
- Payment receipt
- Original scanned copy of the applicant's certificate
- Provide an official recipient's address for report delivery; no documents will be addressed to individuals or "To Whom It May Concern".

- Applications will be processed within five working days; applicants will be contacted if there are any delays.
