The Registrar of the University of Delta, Agbor, Barrister Richmond Omagbemi, has urged non-teaching staff of the institution to focus on career development and professionalism, warning against the circulation of unverified information and the submission of baseless petitions capable of creating unnecessary tension within the university.

The Registrar warned that management would not hesitate to sanction any staff found engaging in such practices. He advised staff to ensure accountability in their communications and to channel grievances through appropriate and established institutional channels rather than issuing statements capable of undermining harmony within the university. He also encouraged them to familiarise themselves with the university’s regulations.
