These initiatives include renovating existing classrooms and laboratories, enriching the library's resources, establishing a student counseling center, organizing faculty development workshops, introducing extracurricular activities, constructing new faculty offices and student hostels, establishing a research center and innovation hub, forging strategic partnerships with local industries and international institutions, and crafting a sustainable campus development plan.
