DEADLINE: LASU Issues Notice for NELFUND Loan Refund Requests
The Lagos State University (LASU) has directed all students who have not yet received their disbursed Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) loan to submit a formal written request for a refund of their 2023/2024 NELFUND loan, which was received on their behalf by the University in 2025.

The Lagos State University (LASU) has directed all students who have not yet received their disbursed Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) loan to submit a formal written request for a refund of their 2023/2024 NELFUND loan, which was received on their behalf by the University in 2025.
Students are required to submit their request letters to the following office:
Office of the Senior Deputy Bursar
Faculties and Schools Unit, 4th Floor, Babatunde Raji Fashola Senate Building, LASU
Required Details in the Request Letter:
- Full Name
- Matriculation Number
- Bank Account Details
- Phone Number
Required Supporting Documents:
- School fees payment receipt for the 2024/2025 session (paid before September 2025)
- NELFUND disbursement confirmation slip
Submission Guidelines:
- Only hard copies will be accepted.
- Online or email submissions will not be considered.
Deadline: Friday, 13th February 2026
Students are strongly advised to comply to ensure timely processing of their refunds.
