Chief Mrs. Ladipo stressed that student welfare and staff efficiency are deeply connected to the effectiveness of Registry personnel. She highlighted that the era when Registrars and Registry staff were “seen but not heard” in institutional meetings is over, insisting that staff must actively contribute in decision-making processes. She further noted the Registry’s custodial role over critical records, including admissions, convocations, and staff matters, underscoring its indispensability.

Advocating for digital transformation, Chief Mrs. Ladipo warned that reliance on analogue systems exposes the University to risks such as document tampering and loss of relevance. She urged Registry personnel to treat students as the University’s most important customers and encouraged management across institutions to formally recognize outstanding Registry staff for their contributions.

Vice-Chancellor of FUNAAB, Professor Babatunde Kehinde, described Chief Mrs. Ladipo as “a seasoned administrator par excellence and a role model,” commending her insights. He also praised the Registrar, Dr. Titus Adeniyi, for elevating the standards of the Registry within one year, describing the lecture as a significant boost to human capacity development at the University.
