This is to inform both ND-I and NCE-I Students that, in preparation for the forthcoming 2023/2024 session Matriculation Ceremony, the payment for the collection of the Academic Gown commences at the rate of One Thousand Naira (#1, 000), only.

Students from the School of Technology (SOT) and the School of Management Studies (SMS) should make their payment at the Kano Poly Microfinance Bank, take the teller to their respective School's Accounts, and collect the payment receipt.

Students from the School of Environmental Studies, Gwarzo, and the School of Rural Technology and Entrepreneurship Studies, Rano should make their payment at their respective School's Accountants offices and collect the payment receipt.
After collection of the payment receipts from the school accountant, students should go to their respective departments for collection of Academic Gowns.

The students need to note that only matriculated students are recognized by the JAMB when going for NYSC after obtaining HND.
