LASU Announces Commencement of School Fees Payment and Online Registration for 2024/2025 Academic Session

Lagos State University (LASU) has officially opened the payment portal for newly admitted students in the 2024/2025 academic session who have completed their LACACA operations and received their matriculation numbers. This marks the beginning of the school fees payment process, with students advised to complete payments within the first two weeks of resumption, effective from Monday, November 18, 2024.

Students who fail to meet the payment deadline may face penalty fees. In addition to fee payments, newly admitted students are urged to consult with their departments for the list of registerable courses as the online course registration portal will soon be activated.

While the payment portal is currently available for newly admitted students, returning students are advised to be patient as their payment portal is yet to be activated. Further instructions regarding school fees payment and course registration for returning students will be communicated in due course.

Step-by-Step Process for Newly Admitted Students:

To complete their bio-data registration, newly admitted students should follow these steps:

1. Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng.
2. Select the STUDENT tab on the homepage.
3. Click on BIODATA REGISTRATION.
4. Enter your matriculation number and surname in the appropriate fields.
5. Click SUBMIT.
6. Ensure that the form is completed with correct information before submitting.

For course registration, students are required to:

1. Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng.
2. Select the STUDENT tab.
3. Click on COURSE REGISTRATION.
4. Choose UG COURSE REGISTRATION.
5. If a password has not been created, students must first enroll.
6. After creating a password, enter your matriculation number and password to access the registration portal.
7. Upload the duly completed ANTI-CULTISM OATH FORM.
8. Read and agree to the LASU Code of Conduct by checking all the checkboxes and then click submit.
9. Complete course registration, then print the Main Registration Form, Course Registration Form, and Examination Slip.
10. Submit all printed forms to the Department for endorsement by the Head of Department.

Please note that unsigned course registration forms will not be recognized as valid, and students must ensure they submit endorsed documents for their registration to be considered complete.
