KASU Bursary Department Hosts Training on Financial Governance and Collaborative Learning

The Bursary Department of Kaduna State University (KASU) has commenced a two-day in-house training for bursary and internal audit staff for 2025, holding at the 500-Seater Pharmacy Hall.
With the theme “Collaborative Learning: Pair Training and Knowledge Sharing,” the programme brought together University management and staff to strengthen collaboration, professionalism, and efficiency. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, commended the Bursary Department for its outstanding performance and reaffirmed the importance of effective financial management and fraud prevention.
Key sessions included lectures on University laws, governance, and effective official communication, delivered by seasoned resource persons. The training continues with more interactive sessions aimed at capacity building across the department.
