SLUK and TETFund Host Three-Day Orientation for Newly Admitted Students

 The Counselling and Human Development Centre at Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa (SLUK), in strategic partnership with the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), successfully concluded a comprehensive orientation exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The three-day programme, held from Tuesday, February 3, to Thursday, February 5, 2026, was designed to facilitate the seamless integration of freshmen into the university’s academic and social environment.

The orientation served as a critical platform for introducing students to the university’s core values, academic regulations, and support services. Key focus areas included:

In a statement released by Sadiq Lawal, the Head of Public Relations at SLUK, the university emphasized its commitment to nurturing well-rounded graduates. The collaboration with TETFund underscores the institution's drive to leverage national interventions for enhanced student welfare and academic stability.
