Nile University of Nigeria Celebrates Engineering Faculty Member's International Recognition

Nile University of Nigeria has congratulated Engr. Adekunle Taiwo, a faculty member of the Faculty of Engineering, for his outstanding representation of the institution and Nigeria at the Asia-Pacific Small Hydropower Conference in Hangzhou, China.

Engr. Taiwo was the only academic participant from Nigeria selected for this prestigious conference, which focused on "Small Hydropower Development and Green Industrial Transition for Developing Countries".

He joined experts and policymakers from Africa and Asia, engaging in advanced lectures, workshops, and industry site-visits, gaining hands-on exposure to hydropower stations, SHP equipment manufacturing bases, and green energy-powered industrial zones.

Engr. Taiwo's participation reinforces Nile University of Nigeria's commitment to research, sustainability, and national development, aligning with the institution's vision of cultivating world-class scholars.
