Nnamdi Azikiwe University Launches Upgraded Vice-Chancellor Communication Portal

Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has officially updated its Vice-Chancellor’s communication channel to enhance security, accessibility, and user experience, aligning with the vision and strategic projects of Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ugochukwu Bond Stanley Anyaehie.

The upgraded portal aims to streamline interactions, improve efficiency, and strengthen the university’s visibility.

The new portal is now hosted on the University’s domain and can be accessed via: vcchannel.unizik.edu.ng. Users are advised to discontinue use of the previous URL, bond001.com, as it will no longer support VC-related services.

Portal Features and Login Guidelines:

Staff Login

1. Ensure registration in the University’s CIRMS system.
2. For your first login, use the “Forgot Password” option to create a new account.
3. For subsequent logins, use the created password and your official university email.

Student Login

1. Access the portal using your UNIZIK Mobile App account (school email/registration number and password).
2. If the password is forgotten, use the “Forgot Password” feature on the UNIZIK App to reset it.
3. Only enrolled UNIZIK students are eligible to access the portal.

The portal supports Single Sign-On (SSO), reducing the need for multiple passwords and simplifying secure access to VC-related communications.

Action Required:
All staff and students are encouraged to bookmark the new URL and use it exclusively for future interactions with the Vice-Chancellor’s office.
