NOUN Students Advised to Report Grade Irregularities

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has issued a notice to its students, informing them of the procedure to follow in case of any irregularities in their grades.

Following the recently concluded examinations, students who notice any discrepancies in their grades are advised to write a well-formatted email to the Directorate of Examinations and Assessment (DEA).

To facilitate a prompt review and resolution of the issue, students are required to include the following information in their email:

- Full Name

- Matric Number

- Programme and Level

- Courses involved

- A clear explanation of the irregularity noticed

- Screenshots of relevant evidence (e.g., TMA grades or other supporting documents)

A sample email format has been provided to guide students in drafting their emails. The email should have a clear subject line, a concise explanation of the issue, and attached evidence to support the claim.

The email should be sent to the DEA via the email address: dea@noun.edu.ng. Students are expected to follow up on their complaints and ensure that their issues are resolved promptly.
