January 15th-16th, 2024: All departments to consider the 1st Semester Results for the 2022/2023 Academic Session and make recommendations to their respective faculties.

January 17th, 2024: Faculty consideration of 1st Semester Results received from departments and submission of reports to the Senate Business Committee (SBC).

January 18th-20th, 2024: Senate Business Committee's consideration of all 1st Semester Results recommendations forwarded by the faculties.
