UDUS Former NAKSS President Subsidizes Transport Fare

The immediate past president of the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS), Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) chapter, Senator Comrade Adeshina Idris (aka Aloma), has donated N25,000 to subsidize transport fares for Nakssites traveling home for the semester holiday.

Aloma, a first-class graduate in Public Administration, demonstrated his commitment to the well-being of Nakssites by providing financial support to ease their transportation costs. The subsidy, shared among 50 students at N500 each, reduced the bus fare from N11,500 to N11,000.

The incumbent NAKSS executive president, Senator Comrade Zakariyahu Basheer (Aluta Lion), and his team expressed their gratitude to Aloma for his unwavering support and generosity, particularly during these challenging economic times.

The association emphasized that the subsidy was distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the names of the beneficiaries will be published to ensure transparency.
