University of Jos Faculty Presidents’ Forum Advises New Students to Suspend Acceptance Fee Payments

The Faculty Presidents’ Forum of the University of Jos (UNIJOS) has issued a notice to all newly admitted students, urging them to refrain from paying the acceptance fee following a sudden, unexplained increase on the university’s payment portal.

According to the statement, the university has not issued any official memo, circular, or announcement regarding the fee increment. Given the lack of clarification and considering previous portal-related glitches, the Forum strongly advises new students not to make any payments until further notice.
