In a resounding testament to academic prowess and the transformative power of education, twenty-six scholars under the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) have clinched first-class honors at Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State. This remarkable achievement was unveiled by Prof Lawrence Ezemonye, the esteemed Vice Chancellor of Igbinedion University, during a recent visit by Chief Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the PAP.
