The Management of Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), Faculty of Health Sciences, has officially announced the schedule for the mandatory screening and registration exercise for all newly admitted students of the Faculty.

According to a notice signed by the Faculty Officer, Mrs. Obomeh Mary I. Ntuen, students are required to adhere strictly to the specified timelines and documentation requirements to ensure a smooth registration process.

Screening and Registration Details:

  • Date: Monday, 26th January 2026
  • Time: 9:30 AM prompt
  • Venue: Biochemistry General Office, Faculty of Biological Sciences, Main Campus, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin LGA

Students are required to present five (5) copies of each of the following documents, neatly arranged in five AKSU Student Files:

  • JAMB Admission Letter (Duplicate Copy)
  • JAMB Result Slip
  • O’Level Result(s)
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
  • Acceptance Fee Receipts
  • Medical Certificate
  • Letter of Attestation

Important Note:
Students are strongly advised to be punctual and ensure all documents are complete and clearly photocopied. This screening is a critical step in finalizing admission into the University, and failure to comply with the requirements may result in delays or complications in registration.
