Clifford University Introduces Pre-Degree Program to Prepare Students for Degree Courses
Prospective students who have completed secondary education, regardless of their O' Level examination status, are eligible to apply for the Pre-degree program.

Clifford University, renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, has launched a dynamic Pre-degree program designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge for seamless entry into undergraduate degree courses. The initiative spans one academic session comprising two semesters, providing a robust foundation bridging the gap between secondary education and university-level studies.

Key Objectives of the Pre-Degree Program:
- Admission Facilitation: The program aids students in securing admission into various degree programs based on their performance and a qualifying JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) score. Successful candidates are exempted from the university's Post-UME (Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) requirement, streamlining the admission process into the university's 100-level.
- Curriculum Preview: Participants receive a comprehensive preview of university-level courses relevant to their intended fields of study, such as Business and Social Sciences, Environmental and Agricultural Sciences, Science and Technology, and Liberal Studies. This early exposure helps students familiarize themselves with core subjects pivotal to their academic pursuits.
- Preparation for Diverse Academic Paths: The program caters not only to students seeking admission to Clifford University but also those aspiring to enroll in other institutions offering courses not available at Clifford.

Upon successful completion of the Pre-degree program, participants qualify for admission into any undergraduate program at Clifford University. The curriculum also includes a mandatory one-month intensive ICT (Information and Communication Technology) training immediately following final examinations, enhancing students' digital literacy skills.

Prospective students who have completed secondary education, regardless of their O' Level examination status, are eligible to apply for the Pre-degree program. However, candidates intending to sit for O' Level exams during the academic session must submit their complete results by the end of the second semester to finalize their admission into their preferred undergraduate courses.
