De Potter College Provost Urges Graduates to Uphold Integrity and Empathy in Health Sector

The Provost of De Potter College of Health Technology, Oru-Ijebu in Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State, Dr Oluwaseyi Adeware, has urged the institution’s graduating students to prioritise integrity, empathy and professionalism as they begin their careers in the health sector.

Adeware made the call on Friday during the combined graduation ceremony of 422 students for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic sessions.

Ruth Adesida, who finished with a CGPA of 3.99, emerged as the overall best graduating student for the 2023/2024 session, while Abigail Odulana, with a CGPA of 3.95, was named overall best for the 2024/2025 session.

In his address, the Provost charged the graduands to be worthy ambassadors of the college, upholding the high standards of training and ethics they acquired.

My dear graduating students, today marks the end of one journey and the beginning of another,” he said.
