The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Education, Zaria, Prof. Yahaya Isa Bunkure, has established a committee to review and update the university's staff service documents.

The committee's task is to examine the draft Condition of Service, Scheme of Service, and Guidelines for Appointment, Promotion, and Placement.

The documents are part of the university's transition process, aiming to align them with its new status and mandate. The committee will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, clarity, fairness, and transparency in staff management.

The 11-member committee, chaired by Prof. Bunkure, has two weeks to complete the task. Members include academic and non-teaching staff representatives, ensuring a collaborative approach to updating the university's human resource policies .
