FUPRE Admission Requirements for Pre-Degree/JUPEB for 2024/2025 Session

The Management of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurum (FUPRE) has released the approved requirements for admission into the Pre-Degree and Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

FUPRE Admission Requirements for Pre-Degree/JUPEB for 2024/2025 Session

The Management of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurum (FUPRE) has released the approved requirements for admission into the Pre-Degree and Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The available courses and the admission requirements are:

A. COLLEGE OF SCIENCE

1	Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry	Five ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
2	Mathematics	Five ‘O’ level credit pass to include English Language, Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry.
3	Computer Science	Five ‘O’ level credit pass to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics plus two other Science subjects.
4	Physics	Five ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Biology plus any other Science subjects.
5	geology	Five ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other subject from Biology, Geography, Computer Science, Agricultural Science, Data Processing/Mining.
6	geophysics	Five ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other Science subjects.
7	Environmental Management and Toxicology	Five ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. A pass in Physics and a credit pass Geography or Agricultural Science is allowed.
8	SLT	Five ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
9	Statistics	Five ‘O’ level credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and two other Science subjects from Further Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology or Agricultural Science.

B. COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY
