Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Announces Admission into 2025/2026 Part-Time Programmes

The Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE), Centre for Continuing Education, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, has invited applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its part-time degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Admission Requirements for Part-Time Programmes

• Five (5) O’Level credit passes in SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB obtained in not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Three of the five subjects must be relevant to the candidate’s chosen course.
• Candidate must be 26 years and above.

Admission Requirements for Direct Entry

• Candidate must possess an OND or HND certificate from a recognized Polytechnic or Institution, or a recognized Professional Accounting Body (e.g. ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, or any other). This applies to accounting candidates only.
• Completion or exemption from NYSC where applicable.
• Five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Transcript for HND holders.

Method of Application

1. Visit the University website: www.iaue.edu.ng
2. On the ADMISSION menu, click “Centre for Continuing Education.”
3. Click on “2025/2026 Part-Time Registration.”
4. Fill in your Surname, First Name, Phone Number, valid email address, and click Register.
5. An email containing login details will be sent to your registered email.
6. Your login details will also be displayed on the page.
7. The system also displays generated Registration and Prospectus Fees.
8. Click on Sign-in, then enter your username and password.
9. Change your password as prompted and save it for future use.
10. Click on the Pay Button for generated fees, then create an invoice.
11. Confirm your invoice and click Proceed to pay.
12. After payment, click on “Update Registration Form” to update all fields and submit.
13. Click on “Upload Document” to upload required documents (WAEC & others).
14. Print your Registration Slip, then proceed to the CCE office for stamping/confirmation.
15. Completed forms should be returned to the CCE not later than October 4, 2025, with copies of credentials.

• Registration is online, and candidates can apply from any location.
• Applicants must save their login details, as these remain the access credentials to their profile in the portal.
