ILAROPOLY Announces Acceptance Fee Payment and Registration Procedure for 2025/2026 ND Full-Time Admissions
The management of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro has directed all candidates offered admission into the full-time National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session to pay a processing fee of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) and an acceptance fee of Thirty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (₦38,500.00) only.

According to the Polytechnic, admitted candidates must visit the institution’s website for detailed registration procedures. She stressed that no candidate will be able to pay the acceptance fee without first fulfilling all JAMB requirements.
All admitted candidates are also required to submit the following documents to the Admissions Office:
- JAMB Admission Letter
- JAMB UTME Result
- O’Level Result
- Post-UTME Screening Form Printout
The deadline for the payment of acceptance fees for ND Full-Time First List candidates is Monday, 15th September, 2025.
Guidelines for Payments and Registration
All admitted candidates are to visit the Polytechnic website www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng and click on the College Portal to complete the following steps:

- Click on Check Admission Status using your application number and the RRR number used to obtain the form or screening results.
- Generate invoice and make payment for the processing fee.
- Print the invoice and proceed to any designated bank for payment.
- After payment, return to the portal, input the RRR number, and print the processing fee receipt.
- Generate invoice and make payment for the acceptance fee.
- After payment, return to the portal, input the RRR number, and print the school admission letter and acceptance fee receipt.
- Print the invoice and proceed to any designated bank for payment.
- Generate invoice and make payment for the verification of O’Level result.
- Print the invoice and proceed to any designated bank for payment.
- After payment, return to the portal, input the RRR number, and print the verification fee receipt.
- After verification, return to the portal to print the verified result.
- Generate invoice for school fees and pay at any designated bank.
- Input the RRR number to print the school fees receipt.
- Complete the bio-data and fill in the course registration forms.
- A matriculation number will be assigned after payment of school fees.
- Upload and fill in other credentials such as Certificate of Local Government/State of Origin, Birth Certificate, etc.
- Register the appropriate courses for the session.
Candidates are to print the hard copy of the completed course registration form and submit four (4) copies, along with other required documents, to the School Officer.
