Kaduna State University is enhancing teaching excellence through a comprehensive training programme on blended and virtual learning systems for its lecturers.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Strategy, Innovation and Service Delivery, Prof. Helen Afang Andow, inaugurated the training at the main campus, emphasising the significance of embracing technology for flexible and comfortable teaching. 

Prof. Andow highlighted the university's commitment to achieving the goals of blended learning and encouraged participants to become ambassadors of the scheme.

Dr Fatima Kabir, the Coordinator of E-learning, underscored the platform's importance in realising the university's strategic plan for teaching excellence. 

The initial two-day training targeted 100-level lecturers in the College of Sciences, Computing, and Engineering, with plans to replicate it across all university colleges.
