LASUED Trains Staff on Completion of E-APER Forms

The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), on behalf of the University Management, has organized a five-day training programme to acquaint staff with the newly introduced online platform for completing the Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER) forms.

LASUED Trains Staff on Completion of E-APER Forms

The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), on behalf of the University Management, has organized a five-day training programme to acquaint staff with the newly introduced online platform for completing the Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER) forms.

The training sessions were conducted across the institution’s two campuses. At the Oto/Ijanikin Main Campus, the programme was held at the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Hall with Academic, Senior Non-Teaching, and Junior Staff participating on different days.

Speaking at the opening session, the Director of ICT, Engr. Greene Oluyole, explained that the training was designed to provide hands-on guidance for staff on the seamless completion of the e-APER form. He encouraged participants to take full advantage of the interactive sessions, while assuring them of ongoing technical support from the Directorate.

The programme featured practical demonstrations on system login and form navigation, alongside an interactive Q&A session. During the session, the Deputy Director of ICT, Mr. Fadipe Samuel, addressed technical concerns raised by staff and clarified procedures to ensure smooth adoption of the digital platform.

The initiative marks another step in LASUED’s efforts to enhance efficiency, promote digital literacy, and strengthen accountability in staff performance evaluation.
