The Vice Chancellor of University of Delta Agbor, Prof. Stella Chiemeke has called on teaching and ICT staff to make effective use of Blackboard Learning Management System, BLMS to enhance learning experience and increase their  competence.

Prof. Chiemeke gave the charge during a two day onsite blackboard physical training organized by Tetfund in collaboration with Pole Globe Marketing .

The Vice Chancellor who was represented by the Director of Information and Communication Technology, ICT , Dr. Mrs. Bridget Malasowe stated that the training was designed to further train staff for  effective immediate deployment of the lCT teaching and learning solution.

She charged them to take the training seriously as it would soon, become the acceptable method of lecture delivery in the Institution.

The trainer for the program, Mr. Lincoln Benson spoke on the uses and benefits of the BLMS.

Speaking to The UNIDEL Media Team, some of the participants expressed gratitude to the University Management for organizing the exercise. They posited that the training was educative, useful and impactful.

The event which attracted teaching and lCT staff took place at the 1000 Capacity Hall, Main Campus with an impressive turnouts.
