In a press conference organized as part of the annual initiative, Adesina urged education administrators to adopt digital systems of education, enhancing learning and skill development processes. He praised Bowen University's commitment to excellence and godliness, noting its unique approach to producing entrepreneurial graduates with integrity.
As the fifth student to hold the position of one-day Vice-Chancellor, Adesina showcased Bowen University's leadership training program, where students undergo mentorship and integration experiences. The initiative, introduced in 2020, allows students with exceptional academic and moral standings to lead the university for a day, making administrative decisions binding campus-wide.

During Adesina's tenure, decisions such as lifting the late registration ban, introducing emergency health services, and organizing inter-campus sports competitions were made to enhance student welfare and engagement.
