Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare Announces New Procedure for Certificate Collection

The management of Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, has introduced a new procedure for the payment and collection of certificates for undergraduate programmes affiliated with the University of Maiduguri.

According to the registrar, Abdullahi Babbaji, the following guidelines apply:

- Graduands from 2011/2012 to 2015/2016 academic sessions can collect their certificates at a cost of N20,000 within a six-month grace period (July 1 to December 31, 2024). Late collection will attract an additional N10,000, with the fee reviewed upward annually.

- Graduands from 2016/2017 to 2021/2022 must pay N20,000 at the College Bursary to facilitate certificate printing. Payment must be made before December 31, 2024, to avoid late payment charges.

- 2023 graduates can collect their Statements of Result after paying for their certificates.

The college urges all affected students to comply with these directives, as no complaints will be entertained without prior notification.
