In a press conference held today in Awka, the Anambra State Universal Basic Education Board (ASUBEB) has vehemently denied allegations of fraud and any ongoing investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The chairman of the board, Dr. Vera Nwadinobi, addressed the media to dispel rumors circulating regarding a purported N6.7 billion fraud involving the board's contracts.
