In a recent call to action, the Federal Government of Nigeria has encouraged higher education institutions to place Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) courses at the forefront of their academic offerings, aiming to expedite the nation's development.

President Bola Tinubu, represented by the Minister of Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs, Zaphaniah Jisalo, made this vital announcement during the 6th and 7th Convocation ceremony of the Federal University Lokoja in Kogi State over the weekend.
