Earlier today, the 300 level Political Science students of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBU), Lapai, Niger State, embarked on an excursion to the Public Complaints Commission's Headquarters in Abuja. This visit aimed to provide students with firsthand insight into the operations of this important institution.

The Public Complaints Commission (PCC) is an independent agency that addresses complaints from the public regarding government agencies, public officials, and private sector entities. Often referred to as the Nigerian Ombudsman, the PCC plays a crucial role in promoting accountability, transparency, and justice within society.
