Kaduna State University (KASU) recognized the exemplary performance of a College and a Directorate with monetary gifts for their outstanding achievement in completing a series of crucial tasks. On Thursday, 25th July 2024, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Strategy, Innovation, and Service Delivery, Prof. Helen A. Andow, and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic, Prof. Yusha'u Ibrahim Ango, presented these awards on behalf of the university's management.

The College of Science, Computing, and Engineering and the Directorate of Academic Planning were honored for being the first to successfully complete their 40 assigned tasks. This recognition aims to acknowledge and incentivize diligent work within the university.

Prof. Abubakar S. Magaji, Provost of the College of Science, Computing, and Engineering, and Prof. Farouk Auwal Abdusalam, Director of the Directorate of Academic Planning, expressed their gratitude for this recognition. They emphasized that such gestures from the management will motivate their teams to continue striving for excellence and efficiency.
