"It is important to mention that an employee who is to retire in the next one year should ensure that he/she puts every record with the Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) in order," stated the Vice Chancellor. She stressed the need to address any discrepancies in name and age to prevent potential issues. Additionally, Professor Olatunji-Bello emphasized the importance of regular signature updates to avoid administrative complications. Monitoring next of kin and other requirements was also highlighted as essential for a smooth transition into retirement.
