Nasarawa State College of Health Science and Technology, Keffi, has outlined the registration procedure for newly admitted students into National Diploma programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session. The registration period runs from 6th August 2024 to 30th August 2024.
Newly admitted students are required to follow these steps for a smooth registration process:
1. Confirmation of Admission: Visit the admission office to confirm your admission status.
2. Payment Generation: Go to the college ICT office to collect the generated remita for acceptance and stationeries.
3. Payment: Take the generated remita to your chosen bank for payment.
4. Collection of Documents: Return to the admission office to collect your admission letter and acceptance letter.
5. Credential Screening: Proceed to your department for the screening of your credentials.
6. School Fees Payment: Return to the college ICT office for the collection of the school fees remita and biometric capture.
7. Payment: Take the generated remita to your chosen bank for payment.
8. Uniform Measurement: Visit the entrepreneurship unit for measurement of your school uniform.
9. Submission of Remita Receipt: Go to the accounts unit and submit a duplicate copy of the remita receipt for conversion to school receipts.
10. Documentation: Visit the Admin Office with your acceptance letter, two photocopies of the admission letter, birth certificate, indigene certificate, "O" level result(s)/certificate, school receipts, remita receipts, recent passport-sized photographs, and other necessary credentials for documentation and file opening.
11. Departmental Documentation: Go to your course coordinator for departmental documentation, including a departmental fee of ₦2,500.
12.Medical Fitness Screening: Visit the college clinic for a medical fitness screening.
13. Student Handbook and ID: Collect the student handbook and submit a passport photograph to the Students' Affairs office for your college identity card.
14.Semester Registration: Finally, go to the college ICT office to register for your semester courses.
