OAU Hosts Training in Artificial Intelligence for Teaching, Research, and Community Development
Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) organized a training on Artificial Intelligence (AI) on September 12, 2024, at the Faculty of Agriculture. The session aimed to equip both academic and non-academic staff with AI skills for teaching, research, and community development.

On September 12, 2024, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) hosted a significant training session on Artificial Intelligence (AI) aimed at advancing teaching, research, and community development. The event, held at the Faculty of Agriculture, was designed to enhance both academic and non-academic staff's proficiency in leveraging AI technologies.
The training was attended by key figures including the Vice Chancellor, represented by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research, Innovation, and Development), Prof. Akanni Akinyemi. Other notable attendees were Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. A. A. Tijani; Prof. Bodunde Akinyemi; Prof. Isaac Aberejo; Dr. Michael Awoleye; Prof. Mrs. Bakare; Prof. Farinde; Prof. Oyedele; Prof. Femi Ajayi; Dr. Diyaolu; and Dr. Adeloye.
