The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) has rolled out initiatives impacting several institutions in Sokoto State. These include Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, the College of Nursing Sciences, Tambuwal, the College of Agriculture and Animal Science, Wurno, and the State College of Basic and Remedial Studies, Sokoto.

Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) is set to benefit from TETFund’s intervention, which aims to enhance its infrastructure, research capabilities, and academic programs. This initiative aligns with the Federal Ministry of Education's broader goals to improve higher education quality across Nigeria.
