In a bid to foster holistic development among its student body, the University on the Niger introduced a transformative course titled "Christian Identity" in February 2024. This unique initiative aims to instill spiritual, character, and leadership formation within the student community.

Led by the eminent Bishop on the Niger, Rt. Rev. Dr. Owen Nwokolo, and the distinguished Vice Chancellor, Very Rev. Prof. Chinedu Nebo, the course endeavors to mentor students towards authentic Christian living and the cultivation of godly leadership qualities.
