The Africa Centre of Excellence on Technology Enhanced Learning (ACETEL), in partnership with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), has announced plans to host its first-ever Exhibition and eLearning Conference. This landmark event, scheduled to take place from Tuesday, October 1 to Friday, October 5, 2024, at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Headquarters, Jabi, Abuja, promises to be a pivotal forum for advancing eLearning and digital education across Africa.

In a statement released by Prof. Grace Jokthan, Director of ACETEL, the conference will explore the theme: “Harnessing Digital Innovations for Equitable Education and Sustainable Growth in Africa.” The event will bring together stakeholders from academia, industry, and government to address the unique challenges and opportunities facing the African education system in the digital age.
