Federal Polytechnic Mubi Announces Update on Home Renovation Loan Application Process

The Federal Polytechnic Mubi has issued a circular to its staff regarding an update on the Home Renovation Loan application process. The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria has introduced new policies that require staff to review and update their submitted forms.

According to the new policies, staff cannot guarantee more than one person, and guarantors must provide specific documents, including staff ID, NIN slip, and April payslip. The documents attached to the application form must be eligible and clear.

Staff who applied for the loan are required to collect their forms from the NHF desk office, update them according to the new policies, and resubmit them on or before June 24, 2025. State government employees who have not applied for the facility can serve as guarantors, providing mandatory staff ID and payslip for April or May.
