Addressing the incoming students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) during the 2023/2024 Orientation and Matriculation Programme, Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, emphasized the importance of focus, self-discipline, and resilience in achieving success while pursuing their academic goals.
In his keynote speech titled "Preparing for Today to Safeguard Your Future's Aspiration and Goals," Dr. Hamzat urged the students to steer clear of distractions and social vices that could impede their progress.
